7-Day Exchange & Refund Policy – Mmall.pk

At Mmall, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

  1. Return & Exchange Timeline
    Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
    Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
    If your item is defective or incorrect, a complaint must be filed on the same day of delivery. Later complaints will not be considered.

  2. Defective Product Reporting
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us immediately.
    Provide clear images of the item along with your order details when contacting customer service.

  3. Size & Product Description
    All measurements (length, width, etc.) are provided on the product page.
    Complaints regarding size or length will not be accepted if details were mentioned online.
    “Change of mind” is not a valid reason for return or exchange.
    Please verify your size and product details before placing an order. Mmall cannot be held responsible for size-related issues.

  4. Refund Process
    Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
    Items must be in original packaging, unused, and include tags and receipt.
    Returned products must be in new, saleable condition.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
    Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    Returns/exchanges are only allowed in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Size mismatch (different from the order placed)

Items without tags, used products, or customer-damaged items will not be accepted.

  1. Product Color & Accessories Disclaimer
    Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting or device display settings.
    Any additional fabrics, laces, or patches used in photos are listed in the description.
    Products cannot be returned or exchanged for missing accessories unless specifically mentioned in the product details.

  2. Stock Availability
    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    If the replacement product has a price difference, the customer must pay the balance before processing.

Complaints regarding defective or incorrect items must be made within 1–8 hours of receiving your parcel.
Mmall reserves the right to monitor and limit return or exchange activity in cases of policy misuse.
