By accessing or using Mmall.pk (the “Site”) or the Mmall mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

Introduction
Welcome to Mmall.pk (“Mmall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate an online marketplace, and these Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, services, and tools.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions (the “User Agreement”) and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.

This Platform is owned and operated by MUST (Pvt.) Limited. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Account Responsibility
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information.
Keeping your credentials secure.
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access or security breaches.
Accepting responsibility for all activities under your account.

Mmall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse or violations.

Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our practices in accordance with applicable laws.

Platform Use & Transactions
Mmall.pk provides a platform for browsing and purchasing products listed by sellers. Mmall acts only as a facilitator; the purchase contract is strictly between you and the seller.

For online payments, transactions are between you, your bank, and/or the payment gateway provider.

Mmall is not responsible for transaction-related disputes between users and sellers or third-party payment providers.

Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous access, but availability may be interrupted due to technical, maintenance, or upgrade reasons. Mmall shall not be liable for such disruptions.

User License
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using it under parental supervision.

Mmall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal shopping use only. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or sell Platform content.
Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems.
Frame or mirror the Platform without permission.
Misuse trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.
Register multiple accounts or impersonate others.

Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

Product Information
All product details are provided by third-party sellers. Mmall does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. User reviews represent individual opinions, not Mmall’s.

User Conduct
You must not use the Platform for:

Fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
Uploading viruses, malicious code, or harmful components.
Offensive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content.
Activities causing disruption, annoyance, or anxiety.

Unlawful use may result in account termination and legal consequences.

Submissions
Any content submitted (reviews, comments, suggestions) becomes Mmall’s property. You grant us rights to use your name and submissions. False impersonation is prohibited.

Claims Against Objectionable Content
If you find content illegal or offensive, email info@mmall.pk with full details and proof. Incomplete complaints may not be processed.

Claims Against Infringing Content
If your intellectual property is infringed, notify us at info@mmall.pk with supporting evidence. False claims may result in legal action.

Trademarks & Copyrights
All Mmall.pk branding, logos, and Platform content are protected. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Mmall provides services “as is” and is not liable for:

Seller behavior or product quality.
Losses or damages resulting from product use or interaction.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mmall from claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Third-Party Businesses
Mmall may feature third-party sellers and external links. Mmall is not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

Communications
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications (email, SMS, phone). Mmall monitors buyer-seller interactions to enforce rules.

Losses
Mmall is not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or contracts caused by Platform use.

Amendments
We may update policies and features at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

Events Beyond Our Control
Mmall is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Waiver
Failure to enforce a breach does not waive Mmall’s right to act on future breaches.

Termination
Mmall may terminate your account without notice. Your only remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Islamabad courts.

Software Use
Mmall software may only be used to access services. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.

Conditions of Sale
By placing an order, you agree to the seller’s conditions of sale.

Conditions Related to Sale of Products & Services
This section governs roles of sellers and buyers in transactions on Mmall.

Reselling Prohibition
Reselling products purchased on Mmall is prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.

Taxes
Buyers are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges on purchases in compliance with applicable law.

Communications with Mmall
By communicating with Mmall (email, SMS, phone), you consent to electronic communications equivalent to written correspondence.

Losses (Extended)
Mmall is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, including loss of revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

Amendments to Conditions or Services
We may modify Terms & Conditions or Platform features at any time. Invalid terms will not affect enforceability of others.

Events Beyond Our Control (Extended)
Mmall shall not be held liable for delays due to war, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or strikes.

Waiver (Extended)
Mmall retains its rights even if it chooses not to act on a breach immediately.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Disputes will be subject to Pakistani law under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.

Representations & Warranties
Mmall does not guarantee quality, merchantability, or value of products listed by third-party sellers. Transactions remain solely between buyers and sellers.

Errors in pricing, stock, or descriptions may occur. Mmall reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments per our policy.
